Audi Q5 Basic Sound System

As I said it before: If you have Audi Sound System with 10 speakers changing this garbage speakers with this from the list you will make huge improvement in listening experience and pleasure!
By the way, I finished ACC retrofit T.h.e. B.e.s.t. M.o.d. E.v.e.r.

All B&o speakers will fit perfectly but you have to make adapters for front midrange speakers and front tweeters and that's an easy job. You have to buy connectors and wires from your audi dealer.

2014 Q5 tweeter replacement
I plan to replace the tweeter on my 2014 Q5, it is located in the dashboard and not the door. Does the grill cover just snap off, afraid I might damage something.

Does B&O system also uses 6 1/2" sub driver in the spare-tire housing?
If it does, anyone have OEM part# for the driver? It may be a easy swap for those looking into upgrading/improving the sub performance only for non-B&O system. I have non-B&O audio system, but it sounds pretty good as long as you don't blast it too loud.
If I was in 20's again, I would've gone aftermarket for audio upgrades. OEM systems never/ever provide audio improvement per $ than the aftermarket options. I would think the $850 budget can provide much better aftermarket add on solution than the B&O upgrade.

The problem being that there are few if any aftermarket upgrades available for Audi. Since they don't use a double-DIN head unit...good luck finding an upgrade for the radio itself. And the speakers? You'll need to do some hunting, and some adapting. Even a large and long-established audio house like Crutchfield won't list any simple aftermarket upgrades.
Not that you can't just plug something in...but like most automakers these days, Audi doesn't make it easy. There were lawsuits over that in the 80's, but the automakers have found clever ways to go proprietary again.
