Bluetooth Audio Question (2013)
Using Bluetooth audio when using Pandora I get artist info/song info on the screen. But with Spotify I don't...Does anyone know why?

Yes, I noticed also that BT displays artist info / song on Pandora but not Spotify.
One thing though, on BT streaming from my iPhone 4S to my 2013 2.0T, the artist info / song doesn't always show up regardless of using Pandora, normal MP3 steaming or any other music app. Looks like that info shows up most often when starting the car in BT source mode with the BT turned off on my phone. Of course the MMI won't find your phone as a source until you activate BT on the phone. At that point, it usually is able to display the song info on the screen. If starting the car in radio mode or with the BT on your phone already turned on, more often than not the song info is blank on screen.
But I have not yet figured out a consistent method to return song info on the screen from a BT connection.
What would be ideal would be if the BT also streams over the album art as well. But I guess having the album art already show up for MP3s stored on the jukebox or SD cards is good enough for me.

I also found interesting that the Bluetooth audio sounds better then my Ipod connected with the cable...I had a 3.2 (10) with B&O so I am used to listening with IPOD connected the past few years...I would think the Bluetooth would be worse but it wasn't...

I use spotify only and not pandora or the itunes player. My artist info and everything else (Metadata) appear just fine.
I have an iphone 5 with the latest spotify app update. < that's important you need to update your apps if you have not already.

I tried again and it worked...
I think like another poster mentioned...If car starts on IPOD (hardwire) and you select Bluetooth Audio the system has a problem displaying the information...I could be wrong but I saw that as well...
