Well, I had a short conversation with Darian at the Bosch settlement call center this morning. Called 844-305-1928 and discovered that they cannot specify a date, month/year when the check will be issued.

She said that the first batch of checks have already been mailed...have any of you received one?

I guess there is nothing we can do except aggressively wait by our mailboxes until it shows up...

Any suggestions as to determine the timing??

Probably referring to checks for 2.0l settlement. I doubt we will get checks until the mod is approved and applied to your car.

Former owner here...I received a $750 check from Bosch about two weeks ago. I sold my Q5 TDI last year.

I was told by the VW settlement rep that the Bosch money for the Gen 2 owners will not be released until the court approves the fix whether the owner actually gets the fix or not.
