Default Brake size

Hey guys! I'm trying to order some caliper covers but they want to know what size my brakes are and I truly have no idea. Would any of you guys know. It's either 320mm or 345mm. I have a 2014 Q5 2.0T Premium Plus. Thanks in advance

For 2.0 size is: Front 320x30mm, rear 300x12mm

Models and all sizes a disc for Q5 MY2009-2014
