Sounds like the infotainment system couldn't find a phone or media that it was expecting. Maybe because that wasn't plugged in, maybe because the system is having a hardware failure. Clearing the code and trying all functions to generate it again, or confirm they are working, might be in order.

The auxiliary heater itself was the subject of a recent recall notice in some models. Your dealer might know if this relates to the failure and program or not. If you weren't aware of this, check your VIN with the dealer.
