Default Failed part front bushes.

Can anyone identify this part number that bushes have failed?? Is it part no 8??

If yes do you recommend that I get the complete no 7 part updated with hydro mounting bushes instead of older 2009 gen bonded rubber bush?? Thanks

I'm in the US so I'm not sure if it is the parts are same as yours, but that arm was superseded 8K0407693K is now 8K0407693N. I would think with that many years getting a whole new arm including the bushing and the new ball joint on the end would be beneficial.
Although I suppose you could save some money by pressing in new bushing and ball joint if you have access to a press. Hope that helps...
Arm = $400US
Bush = $45US
Ball joint = $114US

Thanks for the reply and for confirming the part and for your suggestions.
Audi does not give the ball joint as serviceable and no part number is given in the parts diagram. Maybe there is a part from other B8 family e.g. from A4? I could not find the info. Still interested to go hydromounting arm. Is it possible?

Yes for my Q5 MY the part seems to be the following (65mm) comes with bonded rubber bush (MY up to 20/7/2009)
8k0407693N left
8k0407694N right

However later MY Q5s arms were revised with PN(75mm) comes with hydromounting bush (not compatible with my MY)
8k0407693AE
8k0407694AE

Is there a way of using later year part number?? What else should I modify to use later hydromounting suspension guide Part?? Is it possible?? Is the 65 and 75mm the external diameter of the bush?? or its width??? if it is either probably it will not fit on mine.

Went to MOT friend and lifted my Q5. Here is a photo of the part. Could not find PN mark. Probably will order an arm set ending with N and get over and done with it.

The above applies to @uncleiggytoo

Yep, I'm also doubtful the larger one would fit otherwise I'd like to think they would have combined them to one single part number which would work for all of them. No need to manufacture both part numbers if they are interchangeable.
As for the ball joint, you are right, it is not separate from that curved arm...I was looking at the wrong one in the diagram...it is for the one just to the left with the shock mount on it.

Following this closely! My suspension looked good the last time I checked, not sure if the weather affects durability of those rubber parts though, you live in an island in the middle of the sea, I guess salt and dryness have something to do, or maybe not
