Even when we were buying the Q I told them take the $240 all weather mats out of the Q and off the price!
Even though they took it off the price, they left them and I took them out as soon as we got home....

Tx weather never generates enough yech to need that type protection....

Anyone want them ? make me an offer

Even after giving me a good deal on the car, my dealer threw the mats in. They fit nicely but they certainly don't look sophisticated like the rest of the car. While they protect the floor, what is the purpose if they make it look like a truck? It is like putting plastic on your couches...

I would love to throw them on over the rugs when weather is bad but they slide and audi recommends against this. You have to switch them... a pain.

The WeatherTech mats have a distinct lip, much more so than others I have seen:

Aren't the Audi mats just flat rubber?

The Weathertech floor liners are excellent and they provide the best protection I've ever seen. They completely cover the carpet, which is perfect for snow/slop during the winter.

These mats really fit like a glove. They almost look like they are poured in place.
Not sure you mean by "lip".
Some pic's of the driver side mat.

These aren't the Audi mats that came with my Q5. The ($240) rubber mats that AUdi sells are pretty awesome. The have a high lip around the edge and deep "wells" for the water, ice, sediment, etc. to collect in.
