I recently purchased a pre-owned 2012 Q5 without roof racks. I went to a dealership who said they were standard and gave me a set, but I need the tightening tool to install the rack--the tool was suppose to be in the spare tire well. Does anyone know where I can get one?

the tool should come with the roof rack.

Only from dealers,
Because must determine which you need because there are 10 models. They have a special tool for this
