Just bought 2009 Q5 premium plus - how to stream bluetooth Audio?
Comes with CPO and updated software. Is there a way to stream bluetooth Audio via pandora/Spotify? I'm not sure what I need to buy to make this happen, thanks.

Congrats on your purchase, and welcome to the "family". Unfortunately, any music streaming you'll be doing in a 2009 will have to be via an aftermarket set-up. Native capability for streaming wasn't bestowed upon the '09s (or '10s, '11s, or '12s either...still forthcoming in 2013). That said, there have been a number or posts about aftermarket rigs here that have gotten the job done. Just use the search function on the forum and enjoy

Hi and thank you for the warm welcome. I have indeed searched through some threads and didn't find anything definitive and the best threads had broken purchase links. Would the link I included in post#2 work?

Someone posted an aftermarket item in another thread a while back that was an adapter that plugged into the port in the glovebox that would bluetooth link to your phone or other device.
It's the only thing that I've seen out there that will do it.
So you bluetooth from your device to the that cable receiver, which sends it into the car via that cable.
If someone can find these, please post it.

I have a 2012 Q5 and picked up one of these - http://audia2dp.weebly.com/index.html.
It works great for what I needed it to do. The occasional audio drop-out but once I made sure all of the connections were tight that seems to have gone away.

I purchased one of these as well, and it fits the bill. It's not as nice as an integrated solution; controlling the audio still happens through your phone, so be careful. Audio input is presented to the Audi interface as a line-in analog audio feed.
