Losing Sirius preset stations??

For those on this thread, is it a complete loss of presets? I just noticed that my car (2012 Q7) lost some presets.
Presets numbered 1-14 stayed, which is a mixture of FM and Sirius. The ones that I lost (ie: numbers 15-25 or 27) were exclusively Sirius.
Am I alone in the 'half lost' camp? Thanks.
