Default MMI Error - Server not responding

I basically get "server is not responding" when trying to access myAudi destinations.

srror reads:

POI online search

the data connection can not be established. The server is not responding.

any thoughts on a fix?

ahoukd I contact Audi or T-mobile who I believe is the Audi 3g provider?

Pull the SIM, wait a few seconds and put it back in. Your data connection might be stuck. Happens once in a while.

I'm in California. I tried pulling SIM card but I put it back immediately and I'll try to wait a minute or two.

it seems like the internet althkugh 3G still works... so it made me think this is a bigger issue with the shatem and not t-mobile?

However hearing someone in the U.K. Having the issue makes me wonder what is going on? Also, I did read online that the network went out before a few years ago and it seem to have the same response message at that time.

i would imagine way more complaints if this was a network issue right?

Yes is weird all works OK only myAudi not works.
I can add new places over android APK MMI connect I can check them ONLINE over web browser but no chance in CAR

I contact OOOO cmr service with query and still waiting for update.

Yesterday I reset whole my MMI back to factory and when I been asked for PIN for pairing I had 10x error incorrect PIN and I adding PIN from MMI application

I guess is some server error.

Yes, there is a known issue with the myAudi server. I just checked this morning and I'm getting the same error. Just got off the phone with Audi connect support and they are aware of the issue. Audi is working on fixing it, but no ETA at this point.

I guess my post must be related:
https://www.audiworld.com/forums/q5-...g-mmi-2919472/

Just like you, google online search and the overlay works fine, just grabbing addresses from myAudi is busted. They keep asking me for my PIN and they keep saying it is incorrect.

US, too. I'm in California. The US is on the same infrastructure now. Used to be separate, but they consolidated sometime in 2014.
