I have good news mine start working yesterday afternoon when I returning back from work and today work OK as well

Yup, mine worked this morning.

Audi really should get on AWS or something, they clearly can't maintain their own stuff.

Just like you, google online search and the overlay works fine, just grabbing addresses from myAudi is busted. They keep asking me for my PIN and they keep saying it is incorrect.
Anyone seeing this behavior recently ? 3G data works fine in our 2014 A4 MMI (as noted above), but we're seeing the same symptoms with regard to Audi Connect services (i.e. address from myAudi account) for at least a month or so now.

I'm in California and I've seen this issue again. I just assumed that Audi services are down again. Exact same behavior as stated in this thread. Online search works, overlay works, just grabbing myAudi destinations is busted.

I am in California also. I called Audi Support September 27th and they confirmed the service has been down for approximately three weeks I received no ETA for a resolution. They did ask that I email a screenshot of the error to them.

In August I had an issue in that the only way I could get destinations into the myAudi account was using the myAudi website. I could not use Google Maps 'Send to Car' as I would get an error from within Google Maps. On September 27, I attempted to input destinations into myAudi via Google and it worked. Confirmed the destinations were there via the MMI Connect app on my phone. However, the car cannot retrieve the destinations from the myAudi servers.

Same here in the Netherlands. I also send Audi a message but untill now no news.
