Just picked up a new Q5... Love it, but there is one annoying thing. I have the non B&O radio... When using the tuner to search for available stations... It'll fine anywhere from 1-5, and that's it. I can manually tune to other stations, the radio just doesn't find them on auto seek.

Anyone experience a similar issue? Seeing I can manually tune to a station, I'm thinking it's not the antenna, otherwise I wouldn't get the station... Right?

Actually... now that I think about it... it almost seems like a poor ground either at the antenna or radio...

When I manually tune to a radio station (one that is close by) it's not all that solid...

Thoughts? Is there an easy way to check?

Sounds like you should take it into the dealer. The maunal on the car should tell you how to set up the radio to pick up local or distant stations (I have the Bose with Nav on my 011 and I think I remember that setting)

Following up:

I took it to the dealer... there was an unconnected ground wire. Back in action...

For all those who say their stereo quality is crappy... try listening to FM w/o ground connected. Much happier now.

Can you tell me what ground wire you are talking about?
