New Q5 owner
I picked up a 2013 Q5 2.0 this week, seems to be a cool car. I love buying cars right before the next year model comes out as you can really deal.
Only issue is going to be the hitch receiver which seems like it will hang down a little far and kill the looks a little(installing an aftermarket myself). Not a huge deal as my bike rack stays on my car 99% of the time.

The rack you have is pretty unique and looks great! I think you are in the South based on the brick house, but if you happen to be in Boston please come by and help me install one

I'm in Texas so that would be a long drive. It was very simple to install and only took an hour. Just get one from ETrailer and go to town.

Help with hitch and bike rack
ParadigmDawg: I just bought a 2013 Q5 and am looking to get someone to install an aftermarket hitch. What is the exact hitch you chose from eTrailer? While I'm at it, what is the exact bike rack you ordered? Still happy with both?

The rack is a 1up USA, I love it. In the past 25 years I have owned many racks and this is by far my favorite. It takes about 6 seconds to load the bike and go.
It only takes a minute to install or remove the rack from the car.
