This is what happens with my 2016 Q5.
I noticed that since the turbo aux coolant pump update, I hear a noise like a "TOC" when the car reaches 20 to 30 km/h. The noise occurs at each start (after a stop or red light) and it seems to come from the front left, but i'm not sure.
The dealer heard the noise and he thinks that it comes from the ABS system. He told me that they tried four Q5s and they all make that noise. I remain skeptical with this explanation.
I know that the new Q5 2018 and up, there is a noise (three TOCs) that comes from the ABS, but the noise in my car is new.
Do you have this kind of noise in your Q5? if not, any idea?

amine no they don't all do that.Who's your dealer ? I'm in Quebec too.
This is going to sound nuts but based on your description I'd say step #1 check the wheel nuts for proper torque.

I raised the car and found that the Bushing of the Front Control Arm seems to be broken (see the picture).
Do you think it could be the source of the Kocking sound from the front of the car?

Regarding the TSB I had the same on my S6, but it was more of a knocking rattling over slow speed bumps, but not a single knock then fine. They indeed had to replace the curved lower control arm to silence it.
I did however have a loaner MKII Q5 and newer A4 that had the ABS click/knock whatever it is and yes that is annoying.
I also had a faint knocking rattling coming from the rear and it ended up being the rear brake calipers...they get looser as the pads wear...an unfortunate design flaw but one without a fix or TSB, after pad replacement the noise went away.
