After lurking here for quite a while, I've finally joined the club! Earlier today I purchased a Q5 TDI Prestige w/ the S-Line package, in Daytona Gray Pearl w/ all black interior. The exterior black out optics was a nice surprise since I was originally looking at just the Prestige model.
Funny thing. Earlier in the morning while driving to a client site and before I had drove by the Audi dealership's offramp, I had passed an Audi transport that had 3 Q5's under wraps. I get a call a few hours later to come on in to check out the S-Line that was just delivered; I didn't have a deposit on one, just been working with a great salesman. Upon arriving at the dealership, the salesman had to bring out the Q5 from the back as they were checking/prepping it; it still had some of the protective covers on it. Later in the day I came back when it was ready for a test drive and it became a done deal. It was nice that I've been the only customer who had drove it. Paperwork is done, dealer still has to final prep it, and I have to go out of town for a few days for biz. This weekend I get the features walk-through and drive off.

Congrats. I was hesitant at first with the greys and the dark peelers, but I have to admit, that they look good together.
Enjoy your new ride and welcome to the board. Lots of good information out there.

Q5's design is very attractive and modern, but also too conservative for the wrap. This should be reserved for more exotic and edgier vehicles IMO.
