Hi all,

My 2009 Audi Q5 tailgate is not programming to set at a desired position. I recently bought a large cargo box and it interferes with the tailgate at the fully opened position. I tried setting at different positions (dozens of time) and the tail lights blink after holding the open/close button for about 3 seconds but then the tailgate just opens to the maximum fully opened position each time.

I plugged in my OBDeleven diagnostics tool and I get the fault code 6D Deck Lid Control Unit: 16347 - Control module Faulty static. Below is the full output:
