Purchased white Audi Q5 from Curriumundi Sunshine Coast Australia early 2013. Within a year the front bumper paint started to flake off/peel off. Audi rectified - I think they got new bumper and resprayed; can't remember and not sure as when I asked today at Audi was advised "not sure on what was done" i.e. repair or replace. Bumper paint now peeling off again. Took in two weeks ago and got photos taken - told "we'll sort it and get back to you". Chased up today and told "need more photos for Audi". Still not sorted - but rest assured it will get sorted is the advice I've been given. I think it will get sorted but am upset that it happened once, now a second time, and now the delay in "getting it sorted". I kept thinking I was seeing things and that I had done something wrong. However, the bumper paint is faulty and Audi confirmed that two other cars also showed the same problem, but once fixed didnt occur a second time, as in my case. I haven't had an Audi before and my husband actually chose it. I won't get another Audi, I will try something else next time i.e. BMW or Mercedes. I have found the AUDI reliable but don't like the lack of acoustic noise control in the car and don't like the ignition button on the console down next to the front passenger. Had a Cayenne previously and it was lovely. Since there are lots of choices out there I will try another car next time - life's too short and once bitten twice shy.
