Thanks to Spijun for the parts diagram. The note says, "Not in combination with S-Line exterior package." I have a 3.0T PP with S-Line exterior package and the 19 inch wheels. So are yours an Audi part, or aftermarket? I'm confused.

The front wheels have this little thin splash guard on the front of the front fender(photo 1), but it does nothing for the doors and sides of the car. Check photo 2, for a look down the side front to back. What a mess.

All Audi Q5 S-line models come with 255/45R20 tires

Spijun. My 2013 Q5 is the 3.0T Premium Plus. That trim includes S-Line exterior trim (bumpers and rocker panels), and 19 inch wheels with all-weather tires in the US.

Spijun, trust me; I own one, for one whole month now. In the US the 2013 Q5 Premium Plus, 3.0T includes the S-Line exterior package only. All I got was front and rear bumpers, and rockers, plus S-Line badging. Nothing else. I did not get the full S-Line package. I did get the 235/55-R19 all-weather tires.

Audi for S-line only has 20" summer tires do not have all-weather tires 20"
Are you requested all-weather tires?

The 3.0T in the US includes the S-Line bodywork. The S-Line package is in addition to that and includes the said 20" wheels and more.

I have the 3.0T which has the S-Line bodywork standard with 19" wheels in my garage and I drove it this morning - in Los Angeles area of the USofA.
