Default SQ5 - 20 or 21?

Trying hard to decide on rim size. I'm in Colorado, and will likely have to go with 19" and snow tires, but wondering what's a better fit for the summer setup? 20" call it a day?

Has anyone found decent priced 20" winter tires?

21's for sure. I am in Colorado to (Colo Springs). I travel back and forth to my Texas home I am running 20 inch Hartmanns with Blizzak tires. 20 inch tires were right around $850. Wheels I can't remember. I am thinking like $2400 for the entire set up with shipping and lugs. I hate when the 20 inch snows go on. The 21 inch wheel is one of Audi's best designs for a wheel I think.

One thing you might want so consider it the selection and price of 21" tires. When you step up to 21's, selection decreases and price increases significantly. Check out tirerack so there are no surprises.

Stay 21 for summer...and 20" for winter (I live in Mtl, lot of snow).

19" will ruin the look of the SQ5, and the sporty feel too.

JBDinTX, do you have a side view of your SQ5 with the 252 ?

I just found 1 winter used Pirelli Scorpions on 204s combo for 2k. In Canada, 20" 252/204 with Pirellis would be near 4k CAD.

I guess my only thought was go with 20" summer, no upcharge, and use them for summer and winter, just flip rubber each season.

Pirelli makes a 21" Scorpion Ice & Snow tire. It's hidden on tirerack at the moment as it is summer.
