Default Q5 Lane Change Assist fault

My driver lane change blind spot says system fault when I try and hit the button on the A-pillar. Scanned and got the following fault - not sure what to do here:

1 Fault Found:
730117 – Control Module 2 for Lane-Change Assist
C1115 F0 (009) – Automatic Calibration Not Possible
Confirmed – Tested Since Memory Clear

No idea - I refused to pay the dealer $275 to diagnose something I would not fix there.

Okay
I did find the calibration procedure if the module is replaced. I'm thinking $$$ for Audi to calibrate the system.

Control module 2 for the Q5 would be 8T0 907 566 B - correct?

Which would be the drivers side rear?

If I buy this and plug/play - would that at least rid the fault but then still ask me to see dealer for calibration? Used ones on ebay for $100.... maybe worth a shot.

I never did - might buy the used unit on ebay and give it a shot - did you ever figure out yours?

Never bought a replacement unit. However I did look at the procedure (adaptations) to install a replacement and they're quite extensive. In other words it's not "plug and play" and can only be done at a dealership.

I saw that - however I figured I could at least install the new (used - good) unit myself and have the dealership calibrate.... then I'm only paying labor. Which I can't imagine would be more than an hour - but I guess I should call and ask.
