Nope, no CD with mine either. Bought the 2014 mid-October in Texas.

I asked my dealer about the cd, and was told that US
buyers do not get it.

In the MMI does the top right soft key ever offer the option of handbook but greyed out?

If it does I am happy to upload the ISO of the CD for people to burn their own and take advantage of the built in help that can be saved to the MMI HDD from the CD...

Just checked. No option of handbook offered in the MMI.
