Remote Key not working

Hi,

I have 10' Q5, and only drive it during weekend recently. I found the remote key sometimes doesn't work, and I have to use the physical key to open the door. Anyone else have similar problem?

Remote Battery ? is the sometimes doesn't work when it is further out ?

Yeah. I will change the battery and see if that helps. But the car is only two-year old.

My car alerted me to have the battery changed prior to the car's 2 year anniversary. Mine is a prestige though, so it has the keyless functionality. (don't know if this actually matters)
