SQ5 floormats?

Are the floormats any different on the SQ5 than the Q5? Anyone get the port installed rubber mats?

Pictures?

Kinda wondering if they are worth the $330...I could get the standard Q5 rubber mats for $100 less. Granted on a new car purchase a $100 isn't much...but it is still $100

As far as I know, there aren't any SQ5 specific floor mats from Audi.
I spoke to a parts guy about this and he told me that they are the same as the "regular" Q5 mats.

The extra $100 is for stitching the extra S onto the mat.

I don't know if they have rubber SQ5 mats out yet. I have the Audi OEM Q5 mats in my car. I ordered them from genuineaudiparts.com and they were the best price around at the time, even after paying shipping. They were cheaper than weathertec too.

While we're on the topic of SQ5 floormats....

Has anyone been able to test fit the Weathertech Floorliner mats in an SQ5?
The dead pedal on the SQ5 appears to be slightly larger - I'm wondering if this causes a fitment issue.

Sadly, I'd kinda be OK with that.

So, no one with an SQ5 was foolish enough to get the port installed option of the mats? My car is on the boat now...can that option be removed from the order?

Don't feel sad, I'm with you on that. :p

Do you know the P/N of the mats you've ordered?

The "standard" Q5 floor mats are very nice and high quality. Special mats wasn't even a consideration.

It is on the order as "5PK" AUDI GUARD PROTECTION KIT($330)

Not sure the part number. I'm thinking these are standard Q5 mats...which kind of bugs me. The car isn't a Q5. Just like my RS4...it isn't an A4 so I don't want A4 mats in it (I have the Audi sport rubber mats that are super nice and what I want for the SQ5)
