Never driven this variant of MB. Usually not a fan of the sedans I've been in. A bit too "old and stately" for my tastes. Oh, a small clock in the dash. Nice. Not.
But this gets me interested! The 63, not the other one: Mercedes AMG GLC63

The regular GLC ix already selling very well and the AMG version will appeal to the performance buyer. A lot of competition in the segment which is good for shoppers as well as buyers.

FYI Auto Bild wrote in 2011 comes RSQ5:
Audi plant die Zukunft: Q5 mit V6-Kompressor - autobild.de
So much for the relevant source of information for RSQ5:
Now to the good stuff: AutoBild is reporting that the 2017 Q5 won’t just make due with a 300-plus horsepower SQ5 variant but an even more potent RSQ5 designation.
The picture in this text is a standard GLC, not AMG GLC43
GLC43 :

There are two versions of the AMG 63 :
350 kW (476 PS)
375 kW (510 PS)

While I agree that it looks pretty good, there is no way $51k will get you anywhere near the level of trim as the SQ5. MB especially loves to nickel and dime you on every feature and option. To get this option then you must add that option for an additional $3000,etc.

The starting price is the starting price. You want one for $51k, skip the options. Whether it costs more when comparably equipped is to be determined, but with a lower starting price than the SQ5, it is, as I said, competitive.
