steering wheel shake when pulling out of parking spot
Has anyone else noticed a steering wheel shake/vibration when pulling out of a parking spot at a very low speed. I always feel the shake when turning the steering wheel about 3/4 of a full turn pulling out of my office parking spot. Just wondering if others have felt it too...

I've felt it too. I thought it was the tires rubbing against the ground... Is it something we should worry about? Doesn't happen often enough to bother me much, but wonder if it's a sign of a bigger issue.

It could be to:
Steering/suspension geometry
Drivetrain (center / front diff setup)
feedback in the power steering system
Either way, I'm not concerned about it, I just find it a bit strange that Audi let it through to production. I have no doubt that Audi engineers know about it and that if it was an issue they'd be working to resolve it ASAP.

I spoke with my Audi Dealer today and told them about both my problem and the solution that has been used on the A4's. The dealer's technicians said that the fix for the A4 should work for the Q5. He spoke with Audi and stated they are aware of the problem and currently making corrections to the models coming off the production line. With regards to fixing mine, he said there are currently no parts available to because of the testing/fixing Audi is doing themselves. So I'm not sure when we will see a fix, but it appears to be in the works.
