I have seen R3VO3VOM as well, but luckily we don't have front plates in NC, so doesn't so much apply

Yeah, but doing that it's more like you're "copying" someone else and if you go too far it doesn't look quite right anymore. IMO anyway.

In 1994, there was a white VW Cabrio with this plate here in TN. I saw it with me own eyes.
