When I bought the grill from ebay the emblem, adhesive, glue gun was sent separately. They sent me the wrong rings ad it took over a dozen emails to get the correct ones sent. I think it all comes from one factory and each site is drop shipping from it. You need to contact them because you are missing parts.

Thank you for detailed info, so I did hear back from the seller and they were telling me like they were doing me a favor to send me emblem adapter and emblem. I thought I was getting this grille from Cali and I was given a tracking from China. So, hopefully I will get my grille insert soon... I'll let buyers know that it will be shipped from CN and grille doesn't come with the emblem. thanks once again..

I am installing my RSQ5 grill tomorrow. Do you happen to know exactly what tools are required? Is it only a torx as mentioned in your PDF install? What size was that? Thanks.
