I had my high flow cat (034 Motorsport HFC) with optional O2 sensor spacer installed last week and I haven't had any problems on my 2.0 Q5.

*Quote from 034's site*
Oxygen Sensor Spacer - This spaces out the secondary (rear) O2 sensor to remove MIL or CEL issues caused by removing the factory catalytic converter. Professionally manufactured from stainless steel, not cobbled together by hand like some other products on the market. Spacer will add approximately 1.7" to the height of the sensor. 034Motorsport oxygen sensor spacers feature a flare seal seat, so no sealing washer or gasket is required.

Sorry to dredge up a buried post in this thread, but just wanted to share my experience here... I bought the slip-on/hex to tighten pedals on eBay and am thrilled with the way they look and feel. I was very concerned with them being looser than the drilled variants, but after you wrestle them on like I did, all those doubts will go away. I'll snap some shots of mine in a bit so you can judge for yourself.

There are a lot of options on eBay, but I found these to be the best, which is why I purchased them:

Note: The false pedal/footrest still requires drilling if you choose to use it.

Thunder, I spent the afternoon reading through yours and Birdman's build threads here and on AW. Thank you for allowing me to live vicariously through you. I'd never do all these mods to my Q, so instead I just look at your pics and drool.

I'm getting ready to order the S line rear bumper setup, and I was curious as to if the two plastic pieces in the upper right hand corner of the below picture were the "guides". Do you know their purpose?

Also, in regards to the rear fender liners, what is the difference between the factory non S liners and the set you had to purchase? I've seen people reference a gap, but where does the gap remain if you used the stock liners?

Thanks for your help!

Car looks great. Do you have any plans to black out the window trim? (Comes black on prestige models)
