Timing chain tensioner issues on later years?

Does anyone know if the 2.0T engines on the 14-16 Q5's are still suffering form the tensioner issue?

Side question, do the 3.0T engines have the same issue?

14-17 Q5's seem to have no issues, they all have the latest tensioner design. Only time and miles will tell if it is the best.

I don't know about the 3.0, but I have not read anything about the 3.0 having a problem. Other 3.0 owners on this forum may have more knowledge.
