transmission feels thrashy/jerky, any thoughts?
I have a 2012 2.0T Q5 with 75k miles on it. The transmission feels really jerky, especially when it is downshifting from like 3-2-1 coming to a stop, and I also noticed sometimes accelerating from stop it feels rough on the changes especially when the engine is not fully warmed up. Last year when my car was in for a recall they did 2 software updates but frankly I still notice this issue ( I attached picture of the work order). But it is out of CPO now
Any thoughts on what to do? I just did the 75k service and had the spark plugs changed. Since its at 75k miles and has newer brakes/tires/plugs, I would like to keep it for another 25k miles. Thank you in advance!

Ask the service manager to contact AoA and see if they will make a "customer goodwill accommodation". Explain that you brought the car in while it was still under warranty, and the problem has continued and gotten worse. Sometimes AoA will comp the work, sometimes they will pick up 1/2 the price of the work. Sometimes they'll just say it isn't their problem. But if you go in and ask to speak to the service manager--not just a writer--and explain what the situation is, they may be able to help you out.
I've had both headlight assemblies replaced (free) and a battery (free) and half the sunshade replacement job picked up by Audi this way. SOMEtimes, they do the right thing. Or at least a part of it. Expect it can take a week before the shop gets an answer back.
Automatic transmissions were always a nightmare, the new electromechanical ones double the nightmare. And the Audi automatics are prone to jerking between 1 and 2 under a variety of conditions.
