Valet scraped a 4-inch rash on one wheel (can't prove it, of course, but it certainly wasn't me...and I noticed it a few days after a night out with valet parking). I've got the 20" black optics wheel from 2014. Can such a wheel be fixed like the OP's? Or does the "gunmetal" color prevent such a repair?

Good luck man! I have the 21" on my SQ5 and I am so timid parallel parking for that exact reason...

There's a guy that does wheel repairs in my area. He normally charges $75 to fix curb rash and repaint the wheel. For machined wheels he has to remove the wheel and take it to his shop so it's a two day turn around and it's $125. He's repaired a few for me in the past and they always look great.

Of course. He's a good guy and does good work. He is mobile and he and his partner travel around LA and surrounding. I was first referred to him by a dealer and the work he does for me has been great. His name is "Jayme" and I usually just text him at: 909-213-9017. You may tell him Neal refrred you. What is your first name so I can alert him?

My name is Jason, I'm down in Orange County so I'll have to see if he comes this way or not.
