Wheel spacers

I'll be happy to answer any questions you may have about spacer sizes.
In general, depending on your wheel offset, 8mm-10mm and larger is usually when you start to notice a significant difference in the stance of the vehicle.
Below that it's hard to tell and usually spacers below the above sizes are for clearance between brake calipers and suspension components.

This link says they fit standard 3.2L Q5. I have a 3.0T Q5, I guess this will not make a difference. I have a standard 19 inch wheels. This all should be fine, right?
Also, any drawback on using these?

There's really no draw back to running wheel spacers. The biggest worry is with rubbing. But this really only applies to guys that run really aggressive stance and have their vehicles lowered.
At stock ride height you wont have to worry about this.

I have had spacers on my 2006 A8 from early on,
front and rear, and never had any questions about warranty work either during 4/50 or for the later CPO window. Along the way for work somewhere near the wheels or suspension, they also changed the front upper control arms (common Audi wear issue) and the lower links at the front roll bars (Q5 design of these is somewhat different), but never any question about the spacers.

Any noticeable difference how the car drives?
