Default 18 Q5 Interior Cleaning + Warm Package Seat Care

Hello!

Love the warm package seats on my new 2018 Q5. Question, are there any cleaning product you recommend I use on the seats?

As for cleaning the interior dashboard with a matte finish, which would you recommend?

I use the Griots Leather Care Spray and am happy with it. Yes, micro fiber towels to apply. I use their interior cleaner first on the leather. Then apply the leather care spray.

To remove dirt and oils and not rub it in to the leather. Probably not essential.

I use the Interior Cleaner for all interior surfaces except glass. There are a ridiculous number of similar products and, to me, it is mostly marketing gimmickry. My mantra is Simplicity. I use one interior cleaner (Griots Interior Cleaner), one exterior cleaner (Chemical Guys Honeydew Snow Foam), one leather product (Griot's Leather Care Spray), one glass product (Invisible Glass).

The only other detailing products I will continue to buy are for claying and waxing. Combined with all the micro fiber towels, foam lance, etc, It cost a small fortune to get set up But it feels great to do a thorough cleaning. Have fun!

Remember the good ole days; a bucket, some dishwashing soap (and your mom or wife would get po'd about you taking it), and a handful of old crummy towels......LOL
Oh yeah - and the squirt bottle of Windex.
Whoops - I forgot the Brillo pads for the whitewalls......
Sigh-----what have we come to?????
