2019 Order Guide/Book Date?
Apologies if this is covered in another thread, but I couldn't find one. Any idea when the order book opens for 2019?
Seems like in the past its often been late April, with deliveries in July/August, but I haven't seen anything yet. Looking to replace our rapidly disintergrating GTI with a 2019 Q5. |

Dealer yesterday told me that the 2019 Order Guide is probably not available to them until about 30-45 days. This was just a guess on their part it seemed. No info has been received by the dealer yet.

Last year Audi put out a press release detailing 2018 models in the second week of May. If they follow the same schedule it should be soon. |
They released an updated 2018 order guide yesterday. Still nothing on the 2019s.

Well, we are still ordering 2018s. Should see the 2019 order guide by next month.

Two questions:
How does ordering guide works? Assuming Acceptance Date is June 2018 for a 2019 Q5 - does that mean the 2019 Q5 will be announced before that? Does the ordering guide details all the specs and options? Typically, can you negotiate the MSRP when you pre-order a new year model (2019)? |
