usa navigation update

how to upgrade navigation maps to 2018 usa ( my Audi Q5 says not Audi connect capable)

There’s already a “how to” thread. If you don’t have the paid connect after the free trial-you use a thumb drive. I updated mine just before the expiration and haven’t tried it since so can’t help more. I assume that’s your problem. There might also be something in the manual.
