Not sure why I never noticed these... but they look like buttons covered with a rubber membrane (at the yellow arrows). Perhaps for an option or future use?
Anybody know?

They have a soft covering like a speaker or something from what I recall. No idea as to their function

Half wondered if they were some sort of sensor. I'll try to ask my dealer the next time I'm in (might be next week).

Nope... these are ultrasonic sensors and activate when you lock the vehicle. They will sound the alarm when motion is detected inside the vehicle

This is what the dealer told me at time of delivery. I pointed to them and asked the same thing here, "what are these things?"

Thanks! Had a feeling that might be the case (as a microphone would normally behind a small grill - and probably is up there).

These are actually the microphones. The sensors for the volumetric/interior motion sensing alarm are located behind the other perforations.
