Do Both Primary and Secondary Keys Allow for Passenger Mirror to Tilt Down?
With the "primary" key, I am able to get the passenger mirror to tilt down when I am backing up. I have NOT been able to accomplish that with the "secondary" key. Is this by design (secondary key has a few less features?) or should the secondary key also be able to activate the tilt down feature?

Yes, both should work. On most vehicles, it occurs when you leave the mirror set switch turned to the passenger. I cannot remember if this is a MMI option on Audi though (that would make it key dependant).

Like several other vehicle settings in MMI, the box has to be checked for each key-- open the car with the secondary key, go into MMI and check the box for mirror tilt. It's personal to each key/user.

Has nothing to do with the car.
The Mirror tilt control **** on the drivers door needs to be selected to the right hand mirror for the tilt to work. If it’s set to off/middle or the left mirror the reverse tilt will not work.
After setting the **** to the right hand mirror put car in reverse and set mirror to desired tilt position
put car back on drive and drive forward a bit, mirror should go back to normal non-tilt mode.
