Thank you. I assumed I'd get flamed. I do think some bits may be useful in some situations, and in dense traffic I could sometimes perhaps appreciate them. But, although I do often drive in the east, I live in the west. Higher speeds and I don't have congested commute issues. My biggest concern with these "assistance features" goes beyond just finding them annoying. The very last thing I want or need is my vehicle contradicting my inputs when it critical moment really matters. Or they decide to create one.

I am looking into a used Audi Q5 Prestige with the DAP...I am just not sure if that means it has ALL of the features of the DAP or just some of the features....the list of features available is a fairly long list and very attractive but it seems that you only get what you order within that package. Is that the case? My DAP may have different features than your DAP?

As far as I know, in the 2018+ Q5, DAP has always the same components:
- Adaptive Cruise Control
- Active Lane Assist / Traffic Jam Assist
- Side Assist / Bilnd Spot Warning
- Pre-Sense Front/Rear
- Rear Cross Traffic Assist

These should be Prestige only:
- Birds eye view
- Park Assist
