I had responded to an Audi survey and today they called me. I listed my complaints: mesh roof too hot, blue box in camera view backup, auto shut off, and hatch hitting my garage door resulting in scratches. To my surprise they called back with a fix for hatch door. While hatch door is opening you push the button on door that opens it, and hold it in at spot you want door to open always!! It worked.

Yes. My SA asked about my garage size and set the hatch height for me when I picked up the car. That's good service!
