im having an issue and trying to determine if they are interlinked.
i have 2018 q5. within the last month the garage door code got wiped out and needed to be re programmed.

the other issue is the radio. when the onscreen image shows the list of am stations there are times one station is not listed, then later it will reappear.
if im in am radio and use presets they go to fm stations. when i press presets the station will change but there is a delay before that station i.d. comes up on the screen.

i think i remember a past post mentioning some audi radios losing their memory for presets.
dont know if this is the same problem, or if i read about it on q5 or a5 forum, since we have both models. the a5 has none of these issues.

i will call service in the a.m. to schedule a visit . but i would like to have a heads up before i deal with them if this is a known issue and what is the fix.
and if its the same issue affecting both the garage door preset and the radio issues.
