You can use either VCD or OBD11 (long coding or with the app purchases) to increase the temperature, by each level of warmth.

If you have ventilated seats, your seat warmer setting is not going to get anywhere near where you can cook an egg, like your TDi. I've boosted mine on my vent SQ5 to where lvl 3 is a bit toasty, but nothing like the other seats without the vent holes.
