No Tire Rotation With 10K Service?
Imagine my surprise when my local dealer charged me $60 to rotate my tires because it's not included in the 10K service. Weird, right?

This is completely normal. Rotation and balance are not included in any regular Audi service. It’s always an add on, but you should have been notified of this prior to it being serviced.

When the first service was at 5K tire rotation was included with that one only.

Yeah, my father took our Q7 in for the 20K mile service while I was deployed and they wanted to charge $150 for tire rotation. My father told them they were idiots and that I’d appreciate him saying that (which of course I did 😂
