1. Could I turn on ALA? Will it work with my Premium Plus? Or would I need additional hardware that my car doesn’t have?
2. Could I disable VIM?
3. Anyway to have the movie play directly into virtual cockpit?
4. Parking system plus with top view camera system?

1. The 2018 Q5 Premium and Premium Plus (USA models) come with Audi Pre Sense City, so yes, you can turn on ALA. No additional hardware is needed.
2. You can apparently enable VIM with the OBDeleven, but only if the vehicle has early version (pre-1116) MMI firmware. The OBDeleven mini-app to enable VIM does not work on models with firmware version 1116 and newer.
3. I don't understand the first part of your question re virtual card (?). As for the 2nd part, you cannot display movies on the virtual cockpit display - movies can only be displayed on the main MMI Infotainment display.

^ I assume you have a 2018 Q5. With that said, note the following....
1. The 2018 Q5 Premium and Premium Plus (USA models) come with Audi Pre Sense City, so yes, you can turn on ALA. No additional hardware is needed.

3. As my good friend BFN949 mentioned above, the TT is an entirely different animal, having the VC as the only/main display.
4. Your Q5 Premium Plus already has Parking system plus, and the Top view camera system (which comes only on the Prestige model) requires hardware (2 additional cameras) your Q5 doesn't have. It's not possible to turn this feature on with coding without the necessary hardware on board.
