hi - no issues with the mobile app today. But I can’t log-in to the web page myaudi.com. I get an error message about the server both in German and English. Anyone else ? Also prevents me from adding a user to the car I believe. 2021 Q5 Sportsback. Thank you.

I think I figured it out. You have to log in to audiusa.com and select myaudi ? Sound right ? Thank you.

The myaudi.com page has never worked for me, I'm guessing that's for European customers only.

https://www.audiusa.com/myaudi should work, it immediately redirects to a working login page.

When I first got my car in 2018, I think there were two different apps. One for the car and one for the financial end. Somewhere along the line the combined the two.

Same problem, I have no idea how to get map updates now for Australia. The site that used to work has for a long time been giving this error:

Internal Server Error

The server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was unable to complete your request.
