I bought it from here: https://obdeleven.com/en/ I don't see a phone number or email on that whole site. Is this not the official site?

Try trough 'Contact Us'. Note: they are in Lithuania, I believe, so there is almost 12 hour time difference.

^ That is OBDeleven's sales website based in Europe, but most people in the U.S. buy the device from OBDeleven's authorized U.S. seller Deutsche Auto Parts (DAP) who are located in North Carolina.
Normally the OBDeleven folks respond pretty quickly when you contact them through the app. If you haven't already done it, try this:
> Launch the OBDeleven app and open the sidebar menu (i.e. swipe the screen from extreme left to right OR touch the 3 horizontal line icon at top left of screen). Touch "Help" in the sidebar menu. At the top far right of the Help screen touch the "Conversation" icon. A one-on-one conversation/email chat session can now be initiated with an OBDeleven customer rep. Advise the rep of your issue (i.e. compose your message and press send ">").
I hope this procedure works for you to resolve your issue, and I hope "Conversation" is available to you prior to your achieving "PRO" status.

They responded to my chat conversation (not really a chat if it's not in real time!) early this morning and sent me a Pro code that worked.

^ Glad to hear they sorted things out for you this morning within a short amount of time.
(Correct - not really a chat - more like an one-on-one online email exchange with OBDeleven, directly from the app on your smartphone).

I bought my obdeleven pro package from ECS and an Amazon Fire HD 10 ($99 on sale). Installed the four needed files to install Google Play (google/YouTube how to do that), and then installed the OBDEleven app. Plugged in the dongle and connected via Bluetooth. Put in the code for pro and put in the code for the free 200 credits that came with the ECS order.

So far it works just fine. Now to make my list of changes.
