I've noticed over the last couple of days that my passenger side mirror has stopped tilting when I put it in reverse , I cant find the answer in the manual... Any ideas ?

Make sure your mirror selector switch is positioned to the passenger mirror, not the center or any other option. When the passenger mirror is selected the mirror will tilt when in reverse and then return when in drive.

Make sure your mirror selector/remote button is in the passenger mirror position.

Mine always gets messed up because it's valeted in a structure... without paying attention, I update my seat memory and forget to do a mirror tilt before storing.

By the way, you can adjust how much it will tilt when in reverse, as well as in forward position.

Interesting.

my Acura is the exact opposite. Mirror tilts when the selector is in the centered position. No tilt otherwise.

thanks for posting!

And my X3 only tilts the passenger side ORVM if the **** is on the drivers side ORVM option. It doesn’t tilt if it’s in the middle or passenger side option.
