Q5 2021 PHEV Tow Hitch Help

Has any one ordered and installed themselves the tow hitch assembly for their plug in hybrid version of the Q5 2021 and up? I ordered 80a092115F and the prongs that slide into the body did not line up so I couldn't get it on. Why does Audi carry other models, 80a092115B and 80a092115D and label them as revisions or \"supersession" as with the 80a092115F. Any help would be appreciated. I also noticed that all of the after market hitch assemblies all just mount directly to the rear support area.

There was B, then replaced by D, then replaced by F, now replaced by H. Who knows what the supplier backend games is. What you care about is application. And F says it fits MY21 Q5 TFSIe (PHEV) - https://pim.audi.com/pdf/EBA/EBA_80A..._en_210915.pdf

​​​​​​Thanks for the reply and I hear you. F is what I ordered and I understand what you're saying; the documents in the box just says 80a092115*. They are shipping out the B so I'll get it to try in another week or so. I've been told that the correct part is top mounted and not side mounted. Top mounted does make sense since the EV battery would have be removed to tighten 2 of the 4 side mounted bolts seen in the diagram.
