Personally I like the Rotary Grey, but I'm a little bias since my Navarra Blue SQ5 had that color inside.

The Milano leather isn't nearly as nice plus you don't get the nice embossed 'S' logo in your seats. When I had the WWP I found it to not work that well (I live in Texas). Grey will stay cooler most of the time anyways .

You may wish to consider for your SQ5's seats the Alcantara-Leather option, either in rotor gray or in black. It's a no-cost option. Alcantara stays cool in hot weather without ventilating fans and warm in cold weather.
I've been very pleased with Alcantara seating in my 2018 SQ5 with Prestige trim as well as in other cars.

There does seem to be a consensus that Alcantara seats are cooler in the summer and warmer in the winter, but I think they lack a bit style compared to Nappa leather.

First, I'm on this board because it's time (10 years) for replacement of one of our cars. We've pretty much settled on the new gen Q5/SQ5 and are at about the same point as the OP....2019 MY, looking at interior and exterior color choices.

Our three current vehicles are not Audis, but.....wife's personal pod s a black/black sport coupe, our truck is black/black, and my personal car is a gray over gray/black "sport" sedan. Other than black/black, and even then ,we're pretty much over all black interiors. Heat's not an issue for us, it's aesthetics. We'll probably go with silver or grey with gray/black interior
