Default Slipping Wheel Balance Stick-on Weights

When I put on my summer tires, I noticed the balancing weights had moved. I don't remember seeing this when taking them off for the winter, but can't imagine they moved over the winter. In any regard, has anyone seen a similar situation and is it something to be concerned about. Obviously I'll keep an eye on them so they don't disappear altogether.

They were mounted by Audi Rocklin when I purchased the OEM package - I bought them online, so can't take them back to be fixed.

Looking at your posting, the wheels seem to be immaculate. Any possibility you loosened the adhesive that was on the back of the weight, from the backing tape itself with a solvent based cleaner when you took them off?
I'm sure you tried wiggling the weights before remounting. If tight I'd try to feel if there was a wheel out of balance when driving.
Inadvertently I hit a speed that was over 3 figures a while back. I honestly didn't realize it because the car was so damn smooth - and that's w/out the air suspension.
But I'm sure that the wheels were perfectly balanced. At a high speed even a tad out of balance wheel will be noticeable.
Good luck.

my guess is they put the weight on, spun it and needed to move the weights a tad to get it into balance. That is not a slipping of adhesive that's a peel off, otherwise you wouldn't see the foam backing torn like that.
